Skineance is an anti-aging skincare brand founded in 2008 and owned by Intersourcing S.A., a Belgian company based in Waterloo and led by Jean-Sébastien Vierendeel. Today, the brand offers six product ranges: Snake Peptide, Snail Secretion, Active Retinal 8, Dragon's Blood, Wrinkle Filler, and Magic Serum. Each range is built on the same principle: carefully selected active ingredients proven to work, with every formula independently tested for efficacy before being released to the market.
The world's biggest skincare brands have relied on the same ingredients year after year. Not because they are the most effective, but because they are the cheapest to produce. Meanwhile, nature had already developed far more powerful mechanisms for protection and repair in places few had ever thought to explore.
Skineance was born from a different belief: choose an active ingredient because it works, never because it is inexpensive.
None of these ingredients were a secret. They had been documented for years. What was missing was the willingness to extract them, refine them, and above all, clinically prove that they delivered on their promises. That is the gap Skineance set out to fill.

Does Skineance use real snake venom?
No. Syn-Ake® is a synthetic peptide developed in a laboratory. It reproduces the muscle-relaxing effect of snake venom on facial expression lines without containing any actual venom. No snakes are involved in its production.
Where does the snail secretion used in your skincare come from?
It comes from the Helix Aspersa Müller, a land snail whose secretion is naturally rich in allantoin, collagen, and elastin. It is certified organic.
