Your order is important to us. We do everything possible to ensure it is delivered to you as quickly as possible.

Shipping

Your order will be delivered within 3 to 7 business days. However, this period may be exceeded for reasons beyond our control and cannot, under any circumstances, result in the cancellation of your order or any compensation.

To facilitate delivery, please provide all the necessary details about your address. Make sure you fill in all the address fields so that La Poste can deliver your parcel under the best possible conditions.

We deliver our products to the following countries: France, Belgium, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Germany, United Kingdom, Ireland, Switzerland, Italy, Spain, Portugal, Austria, Canada, USA, Mauritius, French Overseas Territories (Guadeloupe, Guyana, Martinique, Réunion, French Polynesia).

Shipping fees

Delivery is free for all orders over €50 in all European countries.

The term “European countries” should be understood broadly: it includes all countries located in Europe, even those not part of the European Union.

Order tracking

A shipping confirmation email, specifying the chosen delivery method and tracking number, will be sent to you within 3 business days after your order. If you do not receive this email, please contact our Customer Service.

Can I have my order delivered to a different address than my billing address?

Yes, you can have your order delivered to a different address, such as a friend’s home or your workplace.

Skineance also offers pickup point delivery for the following countries:

  • Belgium
  • Spain
  • Luxembourg

Can I have my order delivered to someone else?

Yes, it is entirely possible to have your order delivered to another person. Be sure to choose an address where someone will be available to receive the parcel during business hours.

Returned products must always be accompanied by a copy of the invoice and a note indicating whether it is a request for an exchange or a refund.

Return fees

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of manufacturing defect or processing error.
